Your CONTACTS information within our Paragon MLS DOES NOT pull over to your BrokerBay Dashboard. You must input your relevant data for each listing, and/or anytime you have new contact information to add in BrokerBay.

You cannot import a contact database into BrokerBay.

Showings will be automatically disabled once your listing status is Pending. All agents will be notified of this status change.

BrokerBay Mobile App works like a touch screen...

Once the App is uploaded and you have logged in with your email address and password, allow BrokerBay to push notifications so you receive requests about your listings on your mobile dashboard

Each time you open up the Mobile App you will need to log in and use password. This is part of the app security process.

Q. How do the Agents get help if something isn't working within BrokerBay?
A. Agents can reach out to BrokerBay Support team at any time with questions or issues.
Our Support team is available at support@brokerbay.com from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST on weekdays and 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. EST
on weekends. Callbacks are also provided where necessary if the brokerage requires additional assistance.

Expect new listings, any status changes, or listing updates to pull into the BrokerBay platform within 10 minutes of becoming Active or updated in MAAR MLS. If you are experiencing a longer wait time, please Contact BrokerBay Support team by choosing “?” at top right, open drop down arrow and choose Help Center or Contact Us with your MLS number, and Agent ID.

BrokerBay notifies each party when a status change occurs on a listing to ensure everyone is updated on the showing status.

Go and Show is called Auto Confirm in BrokerBay.

Q. What happens to my showing history?
A. Showing history is not automatically transferred over to BrokerBay. We recommend keeping an export of history from previous providers for records and reference where necessary.
